Freshness ~ Our delicious shortbread tarts are best eaten within 2 weeks of its fresh-baked date and do not need to be refrigerated.

Freezing ~ Our tarts can be frozen for up to 6 months. If you are going to freeze, please wrap well in plastic wrap. Allow frozen tart to come to room temperature before serving.

Serving Ideas ~ Our tarts can be served at room temperature. Our favorite tea time snack is a slice of tart with a cup of tea. This is heaven. Tarts can also be slightly warmed and served with a scoop of your favorite ice cream for a yummy dessert.
